Free Consultations for Foreign Residents with the Ebetsu City Coordinator for International Relations

Consultation Details

You can consult with the Coordinator for International Relations (CIR) on a variety of topics, such as city hall procedures, troubles in your daily life, etc.

Languages: English, Simple Japanese

Please take note of the following points when reserving your free consultation:

  1. For questions requiring specialized knowledge, such as immigration procedures, you may be referred to another organization.
  2. The CIR cannot accompany you or complete procedures on your behalf.
  3. Depending on the content of the consultation, such as financial trouble, the CIR may not be able to grant consultation requests.

You must reserve your consultation in advance by calling the number below:

*Walk-in consultations will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Priority will be given to those with reservations.

*Due to the CIR's schedule, some days/times will be unavailable. Thank you for your understanding.

　　　１　出入国に関すること等、専門的知識を要する内容については、関係機関をご紹介させていただくことがあります。
　　　２　手続の代行や関係機関への同行については対応しておりません。
　　　３　金銭のトラブルに関すること等、相談内容によっては、お受けすることができない場合があります。
