北海道外国人相談センターは10月に、北海道に住んでいる外国人のために相談会を開きます。すべての相談会は無料（0円）です。

相談する方法：会って話す、電話、オンラインビデオ電話（Zoom, Skype）、SNS（Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, LINE）、メール

Hokkaido Foreign Residents Support Center will be holding multiple consultation sessions in October for the residents of Hokkaido. All the sessions will be free of charge.

You can have a consultation in person, via phone, online video calls (Zoom, Skype), SNS (Facebook, WeChat, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, LINE), or e-mail.

北海道外国人相談センターは10月20日（日曜日）の9：00～12：00と13：00～17：00に「休日相談会」と「入管手続相談」を開きます。
相談センターの相談員の他に、次の専門家に無料で相談ができます。
1）相談センターの相談員（そうだんいん）
健康保険（けんこうほけん）、年金（ねんきん）、運転免許証（うんてんめんきょしょう）、労働（ろうどう）の問題に関する質問などについて相談できます。
2）札幌出入国在留管理局（さっぽろしゅつにゅうこくざいりゅう かんりきょく）の職員（しょくいん）
在留資格（ざいりゅうしかく）〈ビザ〉、再入国（さいにゅうこく）の許可（きょか）、永住許可（えいじゅうきょか）の申請（しんせい）などについて相談できます。
※今回の相談会では、行政書士（ぎょうせいしょし）、税理士（ぜいりし）、弁護士（べんごし）とは相談できません。
予約は必要ないですが、相談がスムーズになるように、相談会の前に相談の内容を北海道外国人相談センターに教えていただければ幸いです。

The Hokkaido Foreign Resident Support Center will be holding a Free Professional Consultation Session on Sunday, October 20, from 9:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
You can consult with the following professionals free of charge:
1) Support Center staff
For questions about health insurance, pension, driver’s license, work issues, etc.
2) Immigration Officials
For questions about residence status, re-entry permit, permanent residency, etc.
*Please be aware that there will be no consultations available with certified legal specialists, tax specialists, or lawyers at this session. Thank you for your understanding.
Although reservations are not required, the Hokkaido Foreign Resident Support Center staff would appreciate prior notice regarding consultation questions, as it would help the session to run more smoothly.

The Hokkaido Foreign Resident Support Center will be holding a free consultation session with certified administrative procedures legal specialists on Thursday, October 24, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Certified administrative procedures legal specialists will be able to answer questions on the following topics:
・Resident status
・Permanent residence
・Naturalization, obtaining Japanese nationality
・Car registration
・Starting a company, obtaining a business license
・Contracts
・Wills
・Land use etc.
